How many TeleJet Keyboard Simulators can be connected to one TKS hub?
You can connect up to 100 TeleJet Keyboard Simulators on each of the ports. There is a limit of 300 TKS per hub.

How can more than 300 PC’s/Servers be controlled by the Web-Resetter?
Each TKS hub has got an uplink-port and a RS232 interface for data input. Use of uplink port lets the hub function as a repeater to another hub. Up to 10 hubs can be cascaded from a single server allowing up to 3,000 systems to be managed.

Do TKS cause an electronic connection between systems which could provoke malfunctions?
No. The TKS are electronically separated from the systems to which they are connected.

What happens if one TKS in the line fails? Will the following not be addressable any more?
The RJ11 plugs of the TKS are looped through, so that a defect of the electronic parts within one TKS will not affect the connections to any onward TKS.

What do the TKS’s two LED’s indicate?
The yellow LED displays TKS is in idle mode. The green LED indicates that data is being sent or received through the RJ11 sockets.
